According to the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (LFPDPPP), the Confederation of Savings and Loan Cooperatives of Mexico, S.C. of R.L. of C.V. (CONCAMEX), be a company legally constituted in accordance with Mexican laws, national representative body and third-level Cooperatives association society established to exclusively affiliate Savings and Loan Cooperatives, in accordance with the Law Regulating Savings and Loan Cooperatives , issues this Privacy Notice.
Confederation of Savings and Loan Cooperatives of Mexico, S.C. of R.L. de C.V., (Concamex) with address at Moras 758, Colonia del Valle, Delegación Benito Juárez. C.P. 03204 in Mexico, D.F .; is responsible for the treatment of your personal data, making your knowledge that the information of our customers is treated in a strictly confidential manner.
The personal data that Concamex collects, will be used to meet the following purposes:
a) Those essential for the fulfillment of the legal relationship, which are: (i) The treatment of sensitive personal data of the Owner that is collected to register, verify, confirm and authenticate their identity; (ii) to maintain the legal relationship that is generated; (iii) compliance with legal requirements of national and international competent authorities; (iv) notify about change in contractual terms; (v) perform financial operations; (vi) attention to clarifications and complaints; (vii) meet obligations derived from the legal relationship between the Owner of the personal data and Concamex; (viii) to carry out the investigations and actions that they deem necessary, in order to verify through third partie
b) Those not indispensable. Additionally, Concamex may use your personal data for the following purposes: (i) for the design, development, analysis of marketing campaigns, advertising and communication derived from the operation of our services; (ii) inform or invite you to participate in our non-profit social commitment activities that aim to promote the development of people, through educational, social, ecological and cultural projects; (iii) taking photographs and images.
For minors, consented to the treatment of their personal data, under the terms agreed by the guardian, until the Owner does not state otherwise.
When your image is going to be used for advertising purposes, you will be notified by the Institution, and your express consent will be required in a specific format, so that it indicates whether it accepts the processing of your data (images), for said purposes.
Concamex will keep your personal data during the validity of the contractual relationship or according to what the applicable laws establish.

The categories of personal data subject to treatment that may be required are: (i) identification data; (ii) contact information; (iii) labor data; (iv) academic or professional data; (v) migratory data; (vi) patrimonial and / or financial data; (vii) health data (categorized as sensitive); (viii) data for billing. Concamex, may carry out the investigations and actions deemed necessary, in order to check through third parties hired for it, dependence or authority, the veracity of the data provided to them.
In accordance with the LFPDPPP, the holders of personal data or their legal representatives may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO). In the cases provided for in the Law, you may also at any time: (i) limit the use or disclosure of your personal data; or (ii) revoke your consent to process your personal data, without being attributed retroactive effects. The exercise of any of the rights is not a prerequisite or prevents the exercise of another.
